A devastating road accident occurred on the Owo-Ikare Akoko expressway in Ondo State, claiming the lives of 13 people. The collision, which took place on Saturday morning, involved two buses that caught fire after impact, leaving only one survivor with serious injuries. According to the Ondo Sector Commander of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), Dr. Samuel Ibitoye, a tyre burst on one of the buses led to a loss of control and a head-on collision with the second bus.
