CAF Awards 2024: Nnadozie thankful after winning Goalkeeper of the Year

 

Chiamaka Nnadozie is full of excitement after she was named the best goalkeeper in Africa at the CAF Awards 2024.

 

News recalls Nnadozie won the inaugural award in 2023.

 

The Super Falcons shot stopper retained the gong following a resounding year for club and country.

 

The 24-year-old played a crucial role in Paris FC’s qualification for the UEFA Women’s Champions League.

 

Nnadozie also starred for Nigeria at the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris.

 

“Last year I was here, and I am here again today and grateful to God.

 

“I want to say a big thank you to the CAF President and Nigerian Football President for the work done for women’s football. Also thank you to my club Paris FC who have invested a lot in me,” she was quoted by CAF online.
