Elon Musk’ X corp is in another legal battle but this time as a plaintiff .
X has filed a lawsuit against financial services company Atlas, for allegedly breaching contract.
In April 2021 Atlas and X entered a sublease agreement for space in San Francisco’s financial district, the lawsuit pointed out.
X claimed that Atlas owes it more than $340,263 for September to November rent from last year and has also accused them of failing to pay its early-termination fee.
The attorney representing Atlas Kevin Hill did not respond to a request for comment but in April released a letter stating X improperly charged rent for certain months last year after Atlas had already made payments on its new office space.
While being a plaintiff on this case, X is still faced with piles of charges including it’s employees lawsuit.
