Manchester United have no intention of acquiring former Aston Villa winger Anwar El Ghazi. Reports on Monday suggested that Man United were considering an emergency move for El Ghazi. This follows a public dispute between Jadon Sancho and Man United manager Erik ten Hag, casting doubt on Sancho’s future at the club. Additionally, Antony is on leave due to rape allegations in Brazil. However, Man United has declined the opportunity to sign El Ghazi on a short-term contract, as Ten Hag is content with the current squad options. The club currently has Alejandro Garnacho and Fecundo Pellestri as wingers, with Bruno Fernandes and Mason Mount capable of playing on the flanks. El Ghazi is currently a free agent after leaving PSV Eindhoven last season and was seen at the Emirates during Man United’s 3-1 loss to Arsenal before the international break.
