Romelu Lukaku Hints at Future Coaching Career

Naples, Italy  — Napoli forward Romelu Lukaku has revealed his ambition to transition into coaching after retiring from professional football.

Despite some reservations, the Belgian international confirmed that he has already begun preparations to obtain the necessary coaching certifications.

Speaking with the club’s official website, Lukaku expressed his enthusiasm for coaching while acknowledging his lingering uncertainties.

“I like to think about becoming a coach. Part of me wants it, but I still have some doubts,” he admitted.

He further disclosed plans to begin his coaching education at the end of the current season.

“I’ll start my UEFA A and UEFA B coaching courses after the season, and from there, I’ll decide my next steps,” he stated.

Lukaku has been a key figure for Napoli this season, registering 10 goals in 29 appearances across all competitions.
