The European Union has awarded postgraduate scholarships to 142 young Nigerians through its Erasmus educational program, according to the EU Ambassador to Nigeria and ECOWAS, Ms. Samuela Isopi.
During an orientation program in Abuja for the awardees, Ms. Isopi announced that the beneficiaries have been admitted to various European universities to study courses such as Renewable-based Power Systems, Bio Refinery, and Public Health.

The EU Ambassador highlighted that Nigeria has maintained the top spot among African beneficiaries of the EU postgraduate scholarships for the sixth consecutive year.
