Oyo State Representative appoints 500 assistants to oversee local development projects

Chairman of the House of Representatives Committee on Ethics and Privileges, Tolulope Akande-Sadipe, has appointed 500 aides to monitor her constituency projects in Oyo State.

The All Progressives Congress (APC) lawmaker, representing Oluyole federal constituency, announced this through a statement released to journalists.

According to Akande-Sadipe, the main task of these aides is to report the project needs promptly, focusing on areas such as health, school infrastructure, education, roads, electricity, and empowerment programs. She emphasized that the newly appointed aides will work closely with local community leaders to ensure an equal distribution of democratic benefits across the constituency.

The appointments were made with the goal of enhancing effective service delivery within her constituency. Akande-Sadipe outlined the roles of the aides, stating that they would report project requirements to her and the constituency office administration team. They will also supervise projects, utilizing their residence within the communities in the Local Government Area for effective implementation. The statement highlighted the collaboration between the aides and grassroots leaders to guarantee the fair distribution of democratic gains within the LG.

In essence, the appointment of these aides is intended to streamline project management and ensure the proper execution of development initiatives within the Oluyole federal constituency.
