Israel has been warned against any attempt to retaliate last weekend’s drones and missiles attack by the Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi.
Raisi warned that Iran would react “more fiercely, widely, and painfully” if Israel retaliated.
He spoke in separate phone calls to several foreign leaders, including his Qatar and Russian counterparts.
However, Iranian Deputy Foreign Affairs Minister Ali Bagheri Kani warned that Iran would respond against Israel within a “few seconds” of an Israel retaliatory attack.
Kani warned that Iran would strike “faster and stronger” if Israel retaliated.
