United States’ Republican Presidential candidate, Donald Trump, has said that he would certainly consider Tesla CEO and billionaire entrepreneur Elon Musk to a cabinet or advisory role.
Trump made this statement after Musk openly endorsed his candidature in the Presidential elections, and even hosted an interview with the former President on his social media platform X.
Speaking on whether he would be open to naming Tesla CEO Elon Musk to a cabinet or advisory role, the Republican candidate described Elon Musk as a smart man, saying he would not hesitate if Musk would do it.
“He’s a very smart guy. I certainly would, if he would do it, I would. He’s a brilliant guy,” Trump said.
Reacting to Trump’s statement, Musk said he would be willing to serve if given the opportunity.
