Tinubu Offers Condolences to Iran Over President Raisi’s Death

President Bola Tinubu has conveyed his condolences to the government and people of the Islamic Republic of Iran following the death of President Ebrahim Raisi, Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian, and other officials in a helicopter crash.

In a statement, President Tinubu expressed his sorrow over the tragic event, describing President Raisi as a leader deeply committed to Iran’s development.

While extending his sympathies to the bereaved families, President Tinubu prayed for the continued peace, stability, and prosperity of Iran.
