President Bola Tinubu has expressed his condolences to the families affected by the recent fire incident caused by a petroleum-filled articulated vehicle in Eleme, Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
In a statement released by his spokesperson, Ajuri Ngelale, President Tinubu sympathized with the government and people of Rivers State, offering prayers for the recovery of the injured.
The President also instructed federal agencies to collaborate with state authorities in providing immediate assistance to the victims. Tinubu commended the bravery of first responders and urged for stricter safety measures to prevent similar accidents in the future.
Additionally, his wife, Mrs. Olufemi Tinubu, extended her condolences to Governor Siminalayi Fubara and the bereaved families.
