Tinubu Appoints Brigadier General kunle Nafiu to lead NYSC.

Nigeria:    President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has appointed Brigadier General Kunle Nafiu as the new Director-General of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), effective immediately

Prior to his appointment, Brigadier General Nafiu served as Chief of Staff to the Chief of Army Staff, Lieutenant General Olufemi Oluyede. He also held the same position under the late Lieutenant General Raised Abiodun Lagbaja.

Brigadier General Nafiu, an artillery officer and member of the 47 Regular Course, boasts an impressive educational background, having graduated from the US Army War College and the Armed Forces Command and Staff College. He hails from Ileogbo, Aiyedire Local Government Area of Osun State. General Nafiu replaces Brigadier General Yushau Ahmed as the new head of the NYSC.
