Russia claims to shoot down two more Ukrainian drones

Russian authorities have reported that their air defense systems successfully destroyed two drones in separate incidents. One drone was intercepted as it approached Moscow, in the Istrinskii district. There were no casualties or damage reported. Another drone was destroyed near the border with Ukraine, in the Shebekino district of the Belgorod region.

The Russian defense ministry stated that the destruction of the second drone prevented an attempted terrorist attack on Russian territory. These incidents come amid heightened tensions between Russia and Ukraine, with both sides engaged in a conflict involving drone attacks and military actions.
