Putin visits Russian commanders fighting in southern Ukraine, Kremlin says

Russian President Vladimir Putin held a meeting with the commander of Moscow’s Ukraine offensive in an army HQ in the southern Russia city of Rostov-on-Don, the Kremlin said early Saturday.
