PSC Appoints Moshood jimoh as New Lagos police chief.

Nigeria _ The Police Service Commission (PSC) has approved the appointment of Olohundare Moshood Jimoh as the new Commissioner of Police for Lagos State Command

This decision was announced in a statement released by Ikechukwu Ani, the Commission’s Head of Press and Public Relations.

Prior to his appointment, Jimoh served as the Commissioner of Police for the Ports Authority in Eastern Ports. Born in Kwara State, he has held various key positions within the Nigeria Police Force, including Force Public Relations Officer and Deputy Commissioner of Police in charge of Airport Police, Finance and Administration, and General Investigation.

Jimoh brings a wealth of experience and professional training to his new role, having undergone courses in Combat Operations, Peacekeeping, and Weapons of Mass Destruction Countermeasure Training, among others. He is also a recipient of the Presidential Award for Public Relations Personality of the Year from the Nigeria Institute of Public Relations.
