The judgment for the three pending petitions before the Presidential Election Petition Court (PEPC) is set to be delivered on Wednesday, September 6, provided there are no unexpected developments.
Justice Haruna Tsammani, who leads the PEPC, has scheduled this judgment date for the petitions brought forth by the Allied Peoples Movement (APM), Atiku Abubakar and the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), and also for the petition filed by Peter Obi and the Labour Party (LP).
It’s worth noting that the proceedings are planned to begin at 9 am and will be broadcast live on television.
