President Bola Tinubu is set to officially launch 100 Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) buses, generously donated by the Independent Petroleum Marketers Association of Nigeria (IPMAN).
The donation comes in response to the economic challenges faced by the country following the administration’s recent policy changes. In an earlier meeting with President Tinubu, IPMAN members committed to providing these buses to alleviate the impact on the transportation sector.
The buses have already been delivered and are currently stationed at Eagle Square, with six of them positioned near the Supreme Court, awaiting their symbolic launch. The official unveiling by President Tinubu is scheduled to take place before the commencement of the Federal Executive Council meeting.
