Nigerian side, Enyimba, set for a clash with Moroccan giants, Wydad Casablanca, in the CAF Champions League

In the inaugural edition of the African Soccer League, Enyimba is set to face off against Moroccan team Wydad Casablanca. This quarter-final match was determined through a draw conducted at the Confederation of African Football headquarters in Cairo on Saturday.

The showdown will be a two-legged contest, with the first leg scheduled for October. Enyimba will host their home games at the Godswill Akpabio Stadium in Uyo.

In other fixtures, Esperance from Tunisia will square off against TP Mazembe from the Democratic Republic of Congo. Africa’s most successful club, Al Ahly of Egypt, will compete against Tanzania’s Simba, while Mamelodi Sundowns from South Africa will clash with Petro Athletico from Angola. Exciting matchups await in this prestigious tournament.
