The appointments were announced by the Secretary to the State Government, Malam Abubakar Nakwada. Idris will oversee the implementation of electricity policies in line with Nigeria’s new Electricity Law, while Abdulkareem will focus on modernizing Zamfara’s land administration system through digitalization.
