Manchester, England — Manchester United have officially secured the signing of Slovenian striker Benjamin Šeško from RB Leipzig in an €85 million deal, according to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano.
Romano confirmed on Saturday that all documents have been signed and contracts approved following the player’s medical earlier in the day. Šeško put pen to paper on Saturday morning, with his unveiling at Old Trafford expected shortly.
The deal forms part of United’s broader summer transfer activity, with the club maintaining contact with Carlos Baleba’s representatives in recent days.
Elsewhere in the market, Newcastle United forward Alexander Isak continues to reject new contract offers, while talks progress between Kingsley Coman and Saudi Pro League side Al Nassr. Romano also reported that Chelsea duo Christopher Nkunku and Nicolas Jackson are set to depart Stamford Bridge.
