I’m not dead and living healthy – Actress Ngozi Ezeonu cancels death rumour

Nollywood actress Ngozi Ezeonu has taken to social media to refute claims that she has passed away, describing them as false and malicious. In a video posted to her Instagram page, Ezeonu said she is “alive and healthy” and called on those spreading such rumors to stop.

Ngozi Ezeonu has clarified that her earlier post of a candle was a tribute to a friend she had lost, not a sign that she had passed away herself.

The actress expressed her disappointment that her post had been misinterpreted, causing confusion and concern among her followers. She urged journalists and social media users to verify their information before posting, noting that it is not acceptable to spread false information without fact-checking.

Ngozi Ezeonu also urged people to be kind and considerate of others’ feelings, especially in the new year.
