Guardiola’s Daughter Reflects on Parental Advice on Life and Love 

Madrid, Spain—  Maria Guardiola, daughter of Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola, has shared insights into the life lessons imparted by her parents, emphasizing the significance of love and passion.

In an interview with Vanity Fair Spain (via Goal), the 24-year-old reflected on the values her parents instilled in her. Among the key takeaways was the importance of love as a cornerstone of a fulfilling life.

“My parents have always advised me to find what I am passionate about,” Maria shared. “They encourage me to try new things, to accept failure, and to keep searching until I find my calling. When that happens, full dedication will come naturally. They also remind me that the most important thing in life is to love and be loved.”

Maria’s parents, Pep Guardiola and Cristina Serra, have raised three children, whoae names are Maria, Marius, and Valentina. Known for their private family life, Guardiola and Serra were admired for their strong bond during their three-decade-long partnership. However, reports confirm the couple has amicably parted ways after 30 years together.

The revelation sheds light on the personal side of one of football’s most celebrated managers, offering a glimpse into the values shaping his family.
