NIGERIA – The disappearance of popular fashion entrepreneur, Ejiro, CEO of the Instagram brand @stylebyejiro, has sparked alarm on social media.
According to reports, she vanished after joining a controversial prayer group now suspected to be a cult.
The group, called Naiboth, is allegedly led by Joy Solomon and Aba, with other members including Elizabeth Owen-Eloho and Bishop Taiye Adekammi. What began as spiritual fellowship reportedly turned dark—Ejiro was allegedly brainwashed, cut off from family, and manipulated into selling her business and donating the proceeds as a “seed offering.”
Fashion brand @nhn_couture raised the alarm, accusing the group of spiritual manipulation and secrecy. They claim members were forbidden from recording meetings and pressured to curse dissenters.
Authorities are now investigating, and a missing persons report has been filed. The group is also accused of targeting vulnerable women under the guise of deliverance and breakthrough prayers.
