Lagos, Nigeria — A fallen container on the Kara Bridge section of the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway caused an intense traffic that left many commuters stranded on Thursday.
The incident resulted in a significant build-up of traffic on the outward Lagos stretch of the expressway.
Motorists and commuters were forced to endure long hours of traffic congestion, with some taking to social media to express their frustration.
Efforts are being made to get rid of the container and restore normal traffic flow.
