Head of Spain’s Euro 2024 semi-final clash on Tuesday evening, Joselu has heaped praise on his teammate Nico Williams.
Both men would hope to file out with Spain as they tackle the former World champions ahead of their UEFA Euro 2024 semi-final clash against France.
The two sides will face off at the Allianz Arena in Munich on Tuesday, July 9.
Williams, who chose to represent Spain instead of his father’s country, Ghana, has been brilliant in his first European Championships.
The young star has scored one goal and provided one assist for Spain and has been a constant threat on the left flank.
Joselu said via The NY Times, “When we met him in La Liga last season we already realized he is an absolute rocket of a player.
“In every game against Athletic Bilbao, we analyzed him individually, he is so dangerous with the one-on-ones and has now added goalscoring and chance-creating to his game. Nico can leave any full-back in the world with nightmares.”
