Government Authorities in Western Ethiopia region of Gambella have imposed 19:00 and 06:00 curfew after many people were killed in fresh violent attacks.
According to BBC reports, it was reported that the regional government did not specify the number of casualties but vowed to hold to account individuals involved in the act.
Local media also said the violence with ethnic dimensions began earlier this week.
Businesses and offices in Gambella have been closed since Wednesday as the region continued to witness series of violence.
