Epl: Gakpo Urges Salah to Stay at Liverpool 

Liverpool forward Cody Gakpo has urged Mohamed Salah to extend his stay at the club as the Egyptian’s contract nears its expiration in June 2025.

In an interview with the club’s website, Gakpo praised Salah’s exceptional contributions to the team, highlighting his goal-scoring prowess, assists, and ability to elevate the performance of his teammates.

“It’s special what we are witnessing with him,” Gakpo said. “The goals he scores and the assists he provides are on another level. The way he positions others, including attacking players and midfielders like myself, to score is incredible.”

Gakpo expressed his hope that Salah would continue his remarkable form for years to come, adding, “We’re lucky to have him and proud to be his teammates. We aim to help him improve, just as he helps make us better.”
