Emmanuel TV Partners Donate Essentials to Widows in FCT

Emmanuel TV Partners, a Christian non-profit organization based in Abuja, has donated food items, mobile phones, clothing, and cash to widows and vulnerable individuals in the Tasha community of Gwagwa, Abuja.

The program coordinator, Mrs. Ogechukwu Tagbo, stated that the event was organized to mark the third memorial of Prophet Temitope Joshua, the late founder of the Synagogue Church of All Nations, known as TB Joshua, in honor of his legacy of aiding the needy.

“To honor his blessed memory and build on his legacy of changing lives, changing the nations, and changing the world. You are aware that while most people live for their pockets and stomachs, Prophet Joshua lived for God and humanity. He was a man who looked out for the weak, vulnerable, and oppressed,” she said.

Mrs. Eno Ekanem, a member of the group, described the late Prophet TB Joshua as a prayer warrior and urged Christians to leave a good legacy for posterity. She praised the prophet’s kindness and dedication to the ministry of Christ.

The Chief of Tasha Community in Jiwa Chiefdom, Mr. Japhet Akawu, commended the organizers for supporting the vulnerable in his community and called on well-meaning Nigerians to remember the poor, especially during the current economic hardship.

“I want to thank you for coming around, and we are happy that you remember us in this community. God will remember your needs too,” Mr. Japhet Akawu noted.

Some beneficiaries expressed gratitude to Emmanuel TV Partners for their support, emphasizing that the items would provide temporary relief to their families. Aisha Mohammed, Kenneth Igrube, and Patience Onoh highlighted the high cost of food, noting that a cup of rice now costs N300, which they could not afford.

The organization donated over three hundred bags of rice, beans, noodles, bread, and cash in Tasha community, a suburb of Gwagwa-Karmo. They also extended their donations to orphanage homes and the FCT School of the Blind in Jabi.
