Members of the ECOWAS Parliament visited the Emir of Kano, Alhaji Aminu Ado Bayero, at his palace as part of the activities for the Second Extraordinary Session of the Sixth Legislature, held in Kano, North West Nigeria.
The delegation, led by the Acting Speaker of the ECOWAS Parliament and Nigeria’s Deputy Senate President, Senator Barau Jibrin, chose Kano for the session to bring the ECOWAS Parliament closer to the grassroots and foster interactions and business relations.
