Clergymen Urge Nigerians to Pray for the Nation

The Senior Pastor of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Pastor Moses Adeyanju, has called on Nigerians to turn to God during difficult times and seek solutions through prayer.

Speaking at the opening of a two-day Prayer Seminar organized by RCCG Grace City in Jahi, Abuja, Pastor Adeyanju emphasized the importance of intensified prayer. He urged Nigerians to “pray without ceasing” and encouraged Christians to intercede for national restoration across all sectors.

“The current situation in the country affects everyone, but it is by God’s grace that some are spared the worst impacts. That grace is sufficient for you and me,” Pastor Adeyanju stated.

He highlighted that there are spiritual forces influencing nations and individuals, and Christians must engage in fervent prayer to overcome these challenges.

The host pastor of RCCG Grace City, Jahi, Abuja, Michael Nzekwe, expressed his satisfaction with the seminar’s impact. He explained that the event aimed to strengthen the prayer life of Christians and renew their relationship with God during these trying times.

“There is nothing God cannot do. He can turn around every negative situation in Nigeria for good,” Pastor Nzekwe affirmed.

He also advised the faithful to speak positively about themselves, others, and the nation as a whole.

The seminar featured special renditions and prayers for those in authority, including President Bola Tinubu, cabinet members, lawmakers, governors, and traditional leaders.
