The Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) has extended its felicitations to Muslim faithful on the occasion of Eid-el-Kabir, urging all Nigerians to embrace the values of sacrifice, obedience, and faith.
In a statement marking the celebration, CAN President Archbishop Daniel Okoh called on Nigerians to set aside their differences, pursue unity and peace, and trust in God’s promise for a better nation.
Archbishop Okoh also solicited prayers for the nation’s current security, economic, and political challenges. He further urged everyone to remember and support the displaced, bereaved, and traumatized, offering them solidarity during these difficult times.
