The organizers of Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) have revealed that the prize money for the upcoming Season 9 edition in 2024 will be reduced.
The official announcement was made on the show’s social media handle, stating that the winner of the 2024 season will receive a grand prize of N100 million along with a brand new SUV, which is a decrease from the previous prize of N120 million.
The new season is scheduled to start on Sunday, July 28, 2024, and will run for a total of 71 days.
In a unique twist, contestants will be participating in pairs, introducing new dynamics to the challenges and competitions within the BBNaija house.
