Nigeria – American rapper and YouTuber, Darryl Dwayne Granberry Jr., popularly known as DDG, has revealed his intention to relocate to Lagos, Nigeria.
The rapper made this known in a post shared on his X (formerly Twitter) handle on Monday, stating that he is tired of living in the United States.
“I wanna move to Lagos… I’m tired of being in America,” DDG wrote.
His announcement has sparked reactions from fans, with many welcoming the idea of him moving to Nigeria.
Interestingly, DDG’s ex-girlfriend, Halle Bailey’s sister, Chloe Bailey, has been visiting Nigeria frequently in recent times. Her trips have fueled speculation about a possible romantic relationship with Grammy-winning Nigerian artist, Burna Boy.
While DDG has not given further details on his relocation plans, his statement has added to the growing trend of international celebrities showing interest in Nigeria.
