Meta has released Liama 3, its new open-source AI Model, claiming it’s state of the art and better than the free version ChatGPT.
This move put Meta in competition with Google and Open AI, known for keeping their AI work private.
Meta believes an open sourcing will boost innovation and usage diversity.
Liama 3 aims to match the performance of proprietary model and will evolve in future versions to include multilingual support. The future version of Liama 3 will provide multimodal content use and improved performance.
Liama 3 is currently powering metal AI chatbox across platforms, it’s regarded as the most advanced free AI system.
The model is behind Metal AI the chatbox is available on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Messenger, and the web.
