Ekiti APC Chairman, Paul Omotosho is dead.

Tragic news strikes as the Ekiti State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) mourns the passing of their chairman, Paul Omotosho. Reports indicate that Omotosho, a prominent figure in Imesi-Ekiti, breathed his last in the early hours of Wednesday following a brief bout with illness.

Sources close to the deceased reveal that the seasoned politician was actively engaged in various political gatherings as recent as Monday. However, his health took a turn for the worse on Tuesday, prompting urgent medical attention at a government hospital in Ado-Ekiti, the state capital. Despite efforts to save him, Omotosho succumbed to his illness.

It is worth noting that Omotosho’s tenure was marred by adversity, as he was abducted in July 2023, only to be released after enduring five harrowing days in captivity. The APC community and the political landscape at large mourn the loss of this influential leader.”
