A company has been sued after claiming its nonstick frying pan were made at 30,000 degrees Fahrenheit.
The claim by SharkNinja rivals the 10,000 Fahrenheit temperature of the Sun’s surface.
Patricia Brown, a resident of New Jersey say the company’s claim out rightly violates the laws of physics and therefore New Jersey’s law, as well.
The customer who purchased two of the pans, used the internet to verify the claims and discovered that 30,000° F is three times the surface temperature of the sun and that the melting point of aluminum is 1,220° F.
Patricia says, the company “would have the average consumer believe that their nonstick pans are manufactured at a temperature that would vaporise the aluminum pan base metal into gas.”
They call out SharkNinja’s claim that the pans are only oven-safe to 500F as hypocritical.
