GTBank Adjusts Branch Hours Nationwide for Scheduled Audit

Lagos, NigeriaGuaranty Trust Bank Ltd. has announced a temporary adjustment to its branch operating hours nationwide to facilitate its mid-year audit process.

The notification was issued to customers on Saturday, June 28, via email, detailing the bank’s plan to close all branches earlier than usual on Monday, June 30, 2025.

In its official communication, GTBank explained that the early closure is a necessary step to ensuGTBankre a seamless and thorough half-year audit.

“We wish to inform you that all our branches across Nigeria will close earlier than usual on Monday, June 30, 2025, to enable us to conduct our half-year audit,” the statement read.

The bank further clarified the specific closing times for its branches, which vary by region:

Upcountry Branches: 2:00 p.m, Lagos Branches: 3:00 p.m.

Customers were encouraged to utilize GTBank’s digital platforms for their banking needs during the period of the early closure.

GTBank assured its clientele that regular banking hours would resume on Tuesday, July 1, 2025, and expressed appreciation for their understanding and cooperation during the audit exercise.

The message concluded with a reaffirmation of GTBank’s commitment to providing reliable and efficient banking services to all customers.
