President Tinubu calls back all diplomatic officials in a shake-up of Nigeria’s foreign policy

The President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Bola Tinubu has ordered the immediate recall of all career and non-career ambassadors from their duty posts worldwide.

However, Nigeria’s United Nations Permanent Representatives in New York and Geneva will be exempted from this recall due to the upcoming United Nations General Assembly later this month.

The President’s directive aims to improve the efficiency and quality of foreign and domestic service delivery.
