Union Berlin signs Bonucci from Juventus

Union Berlin has signed Italy captain Leonardo Bonucci from Juventus.

Bonnuci terminated his contract with Juventus to make his move to Union Berlin a reality.

Announcing Bonucci’s signing on X, Union Berlin described the Italian defender as the best in his position.

Union Berlin did not disclose the fee they paid in acquiring Bonucci’s services but it believed that he will prove to be a shrewd addition.

Bonucci has spent 12 years in Juventus, playing over 500 matches winning the Scudetto over 5 times.

Union also signed midfielder Lucas Tousart from neighbours Hertha Berlin, David Datro Fofana and Brendan Aaronson from the Premier League on loan deals.
