Liverpool, England — Liverpool manager Arne Slot has revealed that he is already gearing up for the upcoming UEFA Champions League Round of 16 encounter against Paris Saint-Germain.
In an interview with the club’s official website, the Dutch tactician emphasized the importance of preparation, stating that the upcoming match against Southampton would serve as an ideal test.
“I am already thinking about PSG and have analyzed their recent match against Manchester City,” Slot said.
Expressing his admiration for the French giants, he noted, “I am impressed by their quality. They are in a strong rhythm, similar to ours.”
The Liverpool boss further stressed his full concentration on the Champions League fixture, adding, “For now, I’m setting aside the Premier League until after we face Southampton.”
