Lagos, Nigeria — Pastor Femi Lazarus, founder of Light Nation Global Church, has revealed that he met his wife through the messaging platform, Telegram.
The cleric made the disclosure while addressing his congregation on the diverse ways individuals can encounter their God-ordained partners.
In a viral video circulating on social media, Pastor Lazarus recounted that their first interaction took place during a prayer session on Telegram.
Reflecting on their first in-person meeting, he noted that she stood out for her confidence.
“She was the first woman to ever look me straight in the eyes while seated before me,” he recalled.
Pastor Lazarus emphasized the importance of patience in matters of love and marriage, urging singles to remain open to unexpected avenues, including online platforms.
“I met my wife on Telegram. We would be praying, and she would simply comment ‘Amen.’ When you are patient about love and marriage, you will see things clearly,” he shared.
His testimony served as encouragement for those seeking life partners, reinforcing that meaningful connections can happen in unexpected places.
