Paris, France — Paris Saint-Germain and Manchester United have reportedly submitted verbal contract offers for Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen, with both clubs prepared to activate his €75 million release clause.
According to Turkish journalist Yagiz Sabuncuoglu, Osimhen is on the verge of signing with a top-tier management agency, with a Real Madrid player playing a key role in facilitating the negotiations.
“This development significantly lowers the likelihood of Osimhen remaining at Galatasaray beyond June,” Sabuncuoglu told Haber Sari Kirmizi. “PSG and Manchester United have both made verbal proposals, outlining salary and contract details.”
With both clubs ready to meet Napoli’s release clause, competition from Galatasaray appears unlikely. A summer transfer now seems inevitable.
Galatasaray had previously attempted to secure Osimhen on a permanent deal, offering €65 million, but Napoli rejected the bid.
The 26-year-old forward has delivered outstanding performances during his loan spell at the Turkish club, registering 17 goals and five assists in 23 appearances across all competitions.
As interest from Europe’s elite clubs intensifies, Osimhen’s next move could shape the transfer market this summer.
