London, England — Fulham are in discussions with AC Milan over a potential deal to sign Nigerian winger Samuel Chukwueze before the transfer window closes.
According to transfer insiders Matteo Moretto and Fabrizio Romano, the Cottagers are pushing for a late move to secure the 25-year-old’s services.
Chukwueze’s future at Milan has come under further uncertainty following the club’s loan signing of João Félix from Chelsea. Already struggling for regular game time, the Nigerian international has often played second fiddle to Christian Pulisic, while midfielder Yunus Musah has also been deployed on the right flank.
This season, Chukwueze has featured in 19 Serie A matches, though only eight of those have been starts.
The winger joined AC Milan from Villarreal in 2023 for a reported €28 million fee.
