Three suspects have been arrested by Tel Aviv police in connection with a stabbing incident that occurred earlier in the week, allegedly stemming from a dispute over an electric scooter.
The individuals apprehended include two 18-year-olds from Elad and a 16-year-old minor from central Israel.
Following questioning at the central Tel Aviv police station, the suspects were subsequently presented before the Tel Aviv Magistrate’s Court for a detention hearing.
The altercation transpired in the early hours of Sunday morning on Rothschild Street, shortly after midnight. The victim, who had exited a bar and sought to rent an electric scooter, was reportedly confronted by four young men near the scooter rack.
Security footage obtained from a nearby café captured the attack, showing one of the individuals stabbing the victim in the leg before fleeing the scene with the others involved.
While the arrested suspects are now in custody, authorities are still actively seeking a fourth individual believed to have participated in the incident.
As the investigation progresses, law enforcement officials continue to gather information and piece together the circumstances leading up to the assault. The current condition of the victim, who sustained injuries in the stabbing, has not been publicly disclosed.
