FOOTBALL – Manchester United on Tuesday confirmed that two of their players have joined new clubs on loan.
The players are midfielder, Emma Watson and defender Jess Simpson.
The Red Devils disclosed this in a separate statements via their website.
Watson, 18, joined fellow Barclays Women’s Super League side Everton for the remainder of the season.
The Scotland youngster made her Man United debut against the Toffees back in November.
She joined the Red Devils from Rangers in August 2023.
Simpson, on the other hand, joined Barclays Women’s Championship club Bristol City on loan for the second half of the current season.
She made her senior Reds debut in November’s League Cup win away to Everton.

The 19-year-old recently made her England Under-23 bow.
She first signed for the Reds at the age of 11 and was notably a member of the club’s 2021/22 WSL Academy League and Cup-winning squad as she progressed through the ranks.
