Napoli Sporting Director Giovanni Manna has denied reports of any transfer negotiations involving Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen, who is currently on loan at Turkish champions Galatasaray.
Addressing media speculation about the €75 million release clause in Osimhen’s contract, Manna stated, “No club has approached us regarding activating his release clause.”
Osimhen’s loan terms include an option for him to exit during the January transfer window if a club meets the buyout clause. Ligue 1 champions Paris Saint-Germain and Premier League side Manchester United are reportedly monitoring the situation.
Osimhen has built a reputation as one of Europe’s top forwards, making him a sought-after target for elite clubs across the continent.
