Dr. Paul and Becky Enenche Offer Legal Aid, Hope to Inmates

Senior Pastors of Dunamis International Gospel Centre, Dr. Paul Enenche and his wife, Dr. Becky Enenche, recently visited Kuje Medium Security Correctional Centre in Abuja, delivering a powerful combination of spiritual inspiration and legal support to inmates. The humanitarian visit aimed to uplift and address critical needs among the incarcerated population.

Accompanied by a legal team led by P.H. Ogbulu (SAN), Barristers Felix Tyokase, and Lydia Jim Ibu, the Enenches facilitated free legal services for inmates with unresolved cases. The initiative was designed to provide a pathway to freedom for those eligible for release through legal interventions.

In a sermon titled “The Forces of Freedom” at the facility’s Chapel of Freedom, Dr. Paul Enenche shared principles for liberation, including a knowledge of God, a shift in mindset, and the power of praise. “True liberty begins with a transformed mentality,” Dr. Enenche told the inmates. “When your prison doesn’t silence your praise, your praise will open the gates of your prison.”

Dr. Becky Enenche further inspired the audience with heartfelt prayers, addressing challenges such as addiction, generational curses, and hopelessness. Her message underscored the transformative power of faith to chart new paths for the future.

The legal team emphasized their mission, explaining, “We are here on behalf of Dr. Paul and Dr. Becky Enenche to provide free legal support and assist inmates eligible for release through due process.”

AS Duza, the correctional facility’s public relations officer, commended the Enenches’ compassion and highlighted the profound impact of their visit. Senior officers, including DCC Aminu Abubakar, welcomed the pastors and guided them on a tour of the facility’s skill acquisition programs, showcasing initiatives such as tailoring, shoemaking, and soap production.

The outreach concluded with the distribution of food supplies and relief materials, eliciting gratitude and joy among the inmates. This initiative exemplifies Dunamis International Gospel Centre’s commitment to societal transformation by addressing both spiritual and material needs of marginalized communities.
