Chidinma Vanessa Adetshina has been crowned Miss Universe Nigeria 2024 and will represent the country at the upcoming global pageant in Mexico.
Adetshina, who previously withdrew from Miss South Africa amid allegations of fraud and negative comments from the South African Home Office, was welcomed back into the pageant by the Miss Universe Nigeria organization, an invitation she accepted.
The event was marked by a display of elegance, glamour, and intelligence, with contestants showcasing their talents and poise. The top five finalists included Miss Taraba, Chidinma Adetshina; Miss Anambra, Paula Ezendu; Miss Edo, Edeifo Brittany; Miss Ondo, Peace Olamide; and Miss Rivers, Nyekachi Douglas.
Chidinma stood out not only for her beauty but also for her emphasis on unity and the broader significance of beauty. She will now move forward to represent Nigeria on the international stage at the Miss Universe competition.
