Chelsea team manager, Enzo Maresca, has admitted he was “worried” about the last 10 minutes of their 2-0 win over Servette in the first leg of their UEFA Conference League play-off.
The Blues scored twice in the second half of the game at Stamford Bridge, thanks to goals from Christopher Nkunku and Noni Madueke.
Speaking after the game, Maresca was happy not to have conceded ahead of the return leg.
He said: “I was a bit worried because in the last 10 minutes, we played a little bit with fire because we could have managed the game completely differently.
“It was good that we didn’t concede but we can learn.”
Chelsea’s next game is a Premier League away fixture at Wolves.
