The African Aviation and Aerospace University (AAAU), Abuja, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Nigerian College of Aviation Technology (NCAT), Zaria, aimed at fostering academic excellence and providing industry-relevant experience for both undergraduate and postgraduate students.
The MOU was formalized during a ceremony at NCAT’s office in Abuja, led by AAAU’s Registrar, Mustapha Sheikh Abdullahi. This collaboration marks a significant step in offering practical training opportunities to students pursuing aviation-related courses.
In his remarks, Abdullahi emphasized the institution’s growth and the importance of partnerships with leading aviation institutes like NCAT. He highlighted that this collaboration would equip students, particularly those studying Aviation Business, with essential industry experience.
NCAT Director General, Joseph Imalighwe, welcomed the AAAU delegation, expressing confidence in the success of the partnership and reaffirming NCAT’s dedication to meaningful and impactful collaborations in the aviation sector.
